As an educational and personality development instructor, I helped children of kindergarten with their academic curriculum, taught painting and other art related activities in conformance with Canadian regulations. I regularly conducted and managed peer discussions and feedback, with special attention to differently able children. I was involved in several meetings to ensure the success of a start-up venture including budget planning, curriculum development, advertisement circulation, client interactions and communication to business owners and stakeholders.
