Electrical engineer with a Masters degree from Penn State with focus mainly on the semiconductor industry with experience in EUV, DUV, photolithography, SEM, PECVD, XPS, TEM, ALD CVD, MOCVD, SIMS, CMP, RIE, sputtering, spectrometry and other semiconductor fabrication processes.My knowledge and experience in the field of semiconductors is quite outstanding, thanks to the manysemiconductor courses I have taken in my undergraduate and graduate programs. If I had to pick afavorite amongst them, it would definitely be “Semiconductor Integrated Circuit Technology andManufacturing Methods in Microelectronics”, because I had weekly lab sessions in Penn State’s wellknown, state-of-the-art NanoFab laboratory. I got first-hand experience in various silicon integrated circuit nanofabrication processes such as the different types of deposition methods, pattern definition, etc. and I am well-versed with gearing up and working in a clean room.I am particularly proud of my previous internship at the Bhabha Atomic Research Center where I worked in the Reactor Engineering Division (R.E.D.), Reactor Design & Development Group. Various parameters of atomic reactors had to be simulated and tested on a small scale with the use of an energy source other than Nuclear energy to ensure safety and efficiency of the reactors. One of the projects done there was to design a cooling system that took readings from a desired system and would automatically turn the system off while setting off an alarm if the preset temperature was exceeded.Even though I am an International student, I was able to make friends with people from all kinds of cultures and traditions and this shows that I am really easy to deal with and that I am compatible with people from different backgrounds.I have a passion for sports and I am really proud to have represented the city of Mumbai in various state-level soccer tournaments.
