• Collaborating closely with the Head of HR to develop and drive various interventions and culture-building activities, including Succession Planning, employee engagement initiatives, and employer branding efforts.• Providing support to the Head of HR in conducting monthly team reviews within the HR function and preparing presentations for Quarterly Review Meetings chaired by the Chairman, Top Management, and HODs.• Assisting the Head of HR in preparing presentations and speeches for various professional forums.• Managing the Head of HR's office, which includes calendar management, team coordination, and follow-ups with team members.• Overseeing the experienced hire interview process, encompassing tasks such as sourcing and screening candidates, shortlisting resumes, interview scheduling, conducting interview kick-offs and debrief sessions, negotiating job offers, managing the offer approval process, and making decisions on extending offers or rejecting candidates.• Acting as a liaison between management and employees, addressing questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and assisting in resolving work-related issues.• Conducting skip-level and one-on-one meetings with employees to motivate and engage them.• Providing assistance to employees with various employee life-cycle transactions, including contract extensions, probation confirmations, performance appraisals, leave transactions, separations, and exits.• Spearheading the planning and implementation of employee engagement events and initiatives, such as monthly birthday celebrations, key festivals, office decor, Coffee & Collaborate sessions, and Simply Samvad interactions.• Organizing overseas business conferences, annual functions, long service appreciation awards, and rewards and recognition awards.
