• Implementation of quality assurance activities as per the requirement of ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949:2016 standard.• Responsible for Customer complaints handling & their corrective action & Preventive actions implementation within target date.• Doing internal audit as per plan. • Participation in development, modification activities as a member of CFT and preparing all documentation of APQP. • Development and updating of FMEA with respect to new processes, product, and changes.• Verification of On-line SPC, MSA documents & layout inspection on monthly basis.• Responsible for PPAP Documentations & submission to customer as required.• Doing process audit & product audit as per plan. • Handling 4M change management system. • In process and final inspection of components with sampling basis. • Preparing pre-dispatch inspection reports for dispatch materials.• Maintaining quality management system documents & records.

• Testing of Mechanical properties such as Tensile test, Hardness test, Proof load test & Coating thickness of fasteners as per ISO 898-1:2013 & ISO 898-2.• Responsible for 3rd party calibration of measuring instruments & maintaining History cards as per plan.• Conduct In-house calibration of Vernier, Micrometer, Thread ring gauge & Thread plug gauge as per plan.• Conduct SPC & MSA as per plan• Responsible for conducting lay-out inspection as per plan.• Monitoring visual inspection & documentation.• Carrying out Pre-dispatch inspection according to customer requirement.• Responsible for fasteners testing like Hardness testing, Coating thickness• Knowledge of measuring instrument like Profile projector, Height gauge, Thread plug gauge, Thread ring gauge, Dial gauge, Vernier caliper, & Micrometer.• Knowledge of Mechanical testing, Salt spray testing & Profile projector.
