Leading engagement from Professional Services on high impact and key strategic business deals for the regional market. Role also involves working with global product teams to assure products meet customer needs, on time implementation of product rollout and providing Business Operations and Systems support to Latin America teams

Leading efforts to improve and deliver Business Operations, Operation Analytics, Design/Implement operational processes and measurement tools to help effectively run and manage PayPal’s Latin America Operations. Provide analytics to build and execute business strategy, product roadmaps, product launches within the region. Role also includes building Consumer and Merchant Segmentation for Latin America countries, manage all critical communications for the region by working with Global Communications team and partnering with regional executive management and country management to assure team's success against business unit goals.

Broad responsibilities include:• Building and driving strategies to manage PayPal Declines and Account Take Over for PayPal globally• Exploring new areas of opportunities to unlock Transaction Payment Volume and margin improvement potential initiatives through Business Enablement• Oversee root cause analysis of consumer fraud loss data and stay abreast of existing, new and emerging fraud trends• Develop and implement processes for global merchants technical responses in a timely and effective manner• Building key metrics for measuring the effectiveness of fraud detection strategies • Partnering with Product Management and Detection team to drive the development of new decisioning platform capabilities
