As part of the team, my role lies in the following field: - Communicated timely to users and resolved their queries via ticketing system (highest Solve Per Day and user satisfaction score within China team) , handled urgent and sensitive social media cases- Drove internal and external process and product improvements, working closely with cross-functional teams to create new and optimize existing workflows for agents in APAC region (10+ Workflows)- Empowered outsourced agents and committed to the pioneering launch of China partner site- Helped Regulatory Response team and Love team with backlog ticket clearing, contributing to users’ experience improvement- Appointed as POC with Host & Community Operation team, and championed the mission actively by volunteering as Airbnb Host Academy group leader - Awarded with “Exceeding Expectations” in mid-year review

Zplay is a global mobile game publisher who possesses its own ad mediation platform called Yumimobi. In early 2017, Zplay has acquired Canadian based studio Noodlecake and started a new office in Korea. It continues to expand its business globally. Since its inception in 2010, Zplay has successfully published over 70 mobile titles most of which are featured by App Store and Googleplay. The previously published games have accumulated over 400 million downloads. Its full scale and monetization system drives more than 10 billion ads into our games monthly. * Secured partnerships with over 100 overseas clients* Signed contracts with 4 high quality mobile games for global publication and 6+ for Intouch channel* Project management for 10 game launches and while helping in 5 others* Expanded businesses for Yumimobi ad monetization platform and playable ad* Learned sales & negotiation techniques, ad monetization operation, project management

The Nankai-Glasgow Joint Graduate School which was establised in 2015 now expanded itself with four sub-programmes including International Relations, Urban Planning, Environmental Science and Translation Professional and Practice. The number of students enrolled has increased from 29 in the inital year to over 100 in 2017. It is the first China-based program that Glasgow University has launched. As the First Office Representative in China, my duties are specified but not limited as follows:* Enrollment: Assisted in expanding international programmes, with 4 sub projects initiated with Nankai Uni. and over 100 students are enrolled;* Marketing: Conducted and analyzed market surveys, spead and improved the JGS's strengths and influence, hunted and attracted potential candidates and understood their demands;* Translation & Interpretation: translated the project publications and interpreted for interdisciplinary cooperation conferences;* Admin & Academic Management: Supported faculty and students with their life, research and course scheduling; * Attained the knowledge of analytical skills, Information Searching know-how, and cooperation & negotiation technique
