Hired as the Associate Program Manager, replacing the Senior Marketing Outreach Manager for a seven-month contract, for the Energy Trust of Oregon New Buildings Program. Acted as liaison between program Outreach Managers, the internal marketing team and Energy Trust of Oregon and market actors such as commercial builders, architects and commercial building owners throughout the state. Responsible for production of training and marketing materials, sponsorship advertising and social media, media awards and special publications, public grand opening ceremonies, updated messaging and rebranding, photo and video shoots and 2018 strategic planning and marketing report. Contracted to manage the 2017 Home Efficiency Forum. Held in Portland, the conference brings in over 100 technical building and energy experts from across the Pacific NW. Managed all hotel contracts, onsite logistics, offsite activities, staffing and budget. Created and managed the HEF17 event app.

Senior Producer hired to manage the largest pilot rebrand ever for JELD-WEN windows and doors. The project test launched in 150 Lowe’s stores in the SE United States. The rebrand included in-store kiosks, point of sale signage, training materials, product wraps, packaging as well as two 50-page catalogs.Lead Producer for two 35-page brochures for the launch of two new high-end window product lines for specialized dealers and homeowners. Oversaw the creative team, budgets, copy, photo shoots, printing and dealer communication. Reported directly to the JELD-WEN Marketing Vice President.

Managed all marketing material translations for Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Arabic, Russian and German for Biamp System, an international large-scale sound systems company. Managed the translation subcontractor, budget, timelines and deliverables. Post translation, updated all marketing materials for final layout in Illustrator.

Produced the largest company event, the annual stakeholder three-day conference, held in Austin, TX. The invite-only event included 150 clients, stakeholders and governmental agencies. Managed staff, budget, marketing strategies, agenda and hotel contract. Worked directly with speakers, VIP attendees and stakeholders to ensure seamless travel and accommodations. Oversaw entertainment, off-site excursions and golf tournament. Produced quarterly training and educational webinar series for clients and governmental agencies.Field manager for a 3-year residential energy efficiency market transformation contract for all electric utilities in OR, WA, ID and MT. Managed field team of twelve including hiring, annual field budget, and travel. Provided all field team training, schedules, marketing materials, field support materials, support and management. Contract manager hired to work out of the Communications Department to produce the district-wide 10,000 by 2000 event for PPS. The event brought parents and students from throughout the district to meet the principals of each school and learn about the primary, secondary alternative, magnet and charter schools in the district. Managed weekly district meetings with all school principals and key administration, creation of all marketing materials, overall budget, onsite coordination, staffing and Portland Expo contract. Managed all administration and school weekly communication and updates. The event drew more than 7,000 parents and students from the PPS district.

Produced the National Commissioning Building Conference (NCBC), the largest conference on building commissioning in the country (a commercial energy savings sector). Grew conference attendance by 20% in the first year and increased sponsorship dollars by 70%. The 4-day conference attracted 400 attendees, 100 speakers, 35 sessions and two-days of training modules and certifications. Produced the conference for four years, in New York, Atlanta, San Francisco and Austin.Managed all membership and association sponsorships, training and certification programs and annual meetings for the National Building Commissioning Association.Managed the field team for the Home Products Program, oversaw all training, hiring and budget for team of 8 covering four-state region.

Paid summer intern in the marketing department to support the Special Events and Sponsorship Manager. The position continued the next three summers and eventually became a full-time position.
