I am responsible for upkeep of 6 Active Directory environments on domain controllers including creating, auditing, deleting, terminating, Organizational Units, Users, Groups. I am also responsible for the upkeep of Microsoft Office 365 tenant which I recently headed the migration of two other subsidiary companies Microsoft Office 365 environments into the main tenant in order to combine three companies into one tenant, along with Azure Active Directory use. This include the assignment of proper licenses to various staff roles, Teams group creations, Dynamic Group creations, as well as reviewing and creating Conditional Access Policies in Azure Active Directory. IT helpdesk staff and I work together to provide complete set up for new hires including network login, email accounts, EMR login creation, mobile phone, and desk phone assignments. We also do complete provisioning set up and program installation for laptop and desktop workstations. I am also responsible for deactivations for terminated employees including deactivation of network, email, cell phone, and EMR logins. I am involved in coordinating and providing helpdesk services for staff at 21 locations within the Tucson area as well as 19 additional sites throughout Arizona.
