Project management and delivery roles on City of San Francisco infrastructure projects for nearly 15 years. Served as Assistant PM on the the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) Biosolids Digester Facilities Project through 35% design. Helped established CH2M’s highly respected Community Benefits program, which seeks to target volunteer and financial investment in the areas of STEM education, women in science and engineering, and engineering internships.

Project delivery, business development, and talent acquisition and management for our San Francisco area team.

Served as the Department of Water Resources representative to the multi-agency California Border Environmental Program, and provided key organizational support to the Cal/EPA Assistant Secretary for Border Affairs. Attended Salton Sea Authority (SSA) and SSA Technical Committee meetings on behalf of the Department of Water Resources, reviewed technical documents, and provided coordination with the Salton Sea Authority. Prepared written and oral briefings for executive management on the topic of Colorado River matters and Salton Sea restoration. Assisted with the management of canal lining and groundwater conjunctive use contracts totaling $200 million, and tied to the Quantification Settlement Agreement (QSA), and maintained and fostered contacts with key water district staff associated with the development and implementation of the QSA.

Authored the Colorado River Basin Regional Water Quality Control Board’s strategic Watershed Management Initiative planning chapter, which comprehensively addressed water quality issues within the Imperial Valley. Lead team member for the development of the Alamo River Sedimentation Total Maximum Daily Load, including database development, water quality and sediment data analysis and summary, water quality sampling, development of water and sediment sampling QA/QC plans, leadership and participation in the public involvement process, coordination with a diverse group of Imperial Valley stakeholders, technical review of Best Management Practices for water quality control, and authorship the TMDL implementation plan. Authored Budget Change Proposals to support the funding of the multi-agency Border Environmental Program, TMDLs, and Salton Sea science efforts.
