I have been a Customer service representative for the past 5 years. Beginning as a receptionist at my first home building company and moving up to administration support which was responsible for lodging DA/CDC/CC applications, occupation certificates and handover packs. Moving up again to a Customer Service Representative in pre-construction who was responsible for approximately 20 jobs at the time varying in difficulty including unregistered, greenfield and knockdown rebuild. All that in a 2 year period with the same builder. I then moved into my second home builder company where I worked solely in a Construction Customer Service role for 2 years. I worked closely with 5 + supervisors at a time assisting with client updates, inspection requests, occupation certificates and handovers. Currently working at my present home building company for over a year where I am a pre construction customer service representative currently looking after clients who are in the process of building their brand new home. I am responsible for lodging DA/CDC/CC applications for knock down rebuild, greenfield and unregistered lots. My responsibilities include requesting reports for lodgement (Basix, engineers, water board and hydraulics), arranging variations, completing handovers and working together with site supervisors during construction.
