I am an independent consultant for the first taste testing direct sales company. I help families bring dinner back to the table by cooking at home. I offer in home parties with your friends, freezer meal workshops and I can help you with your corporate gifts this holiday season! I saw new homebuyers and assisted them in the selection of their flooring, window treatments, countertops and all other interior features of their new home. I also assisted Superintendents and Community Teams with home owner issues.

I was in control of record keeping and log management for two major accounts and the projects of the sales staff, I handled all accounts payable, I did the invoicing, asset transfers, I took care of punch lists that may occur, I created and managed purchase orders using QuickBooks 2001, and Cap Studio, I handled small amounts of projects myself, utilizing Act 4.0 and other computer programs.

Showed and leased town homes, answered phones, input all computer data, processed applications, typed up leases, handled move ins and move outs, did weekly reports, comparative shopped other complexes, prepared deposits, worked on AMSI, Microsoft Word, Excel, and maintained property in manager's absence

Customer service, did all hiring, training, and dismissals of employees, payroll, scheduling, inventory, banking, merchandising, and ordering.
