Provides extensive training to employees. Helps to develop strategies to better align our work to college's mission/vision. Assists campus leadership in planning, organizing, and managing systems and staff to meet our goals in Boone, Hendricks, and Marion Counties, Serves in a lead role in the largest Ivy Tech service area in the state in these areas: new student recruitment planning, communication campaigns, outreach, and day-to-day operations.

Maintains vibrant ongoing relationships with many high schools, community organizations, and internal partners. Trains all Admissions staff members on all CRM systems and best practices for recruitment in multiple Indiana counties. Active IvyConnect user who communicates daily with leads and applicants. Thrives in any environment: Zoom, in-person, peak enrollment times, last-minute requests for events, etc. Performs First-Term Academic Advising Appointments, Registration Assistance, and other cross-trained tasks. Relentlessly pursues this goal: to provide the best student experience possible.

Created a counseling department where none existed before. Maintained caseload of 500+ preschool to8th grade students on 2 campuses as the only school counselor.
