At Magnolia, the Planning Operations Lead is responsible for managing the planning operations team in the effective processing of orders end-to-end and management of incoming purchase orders. It reports to the Merchandise Planning Manager and has supervisory responsibilities.

Under broad supervision, responsible for merchandise planning and placement for specific product lines. Impacts store sales and maximize inventory management by advising the buying team on profitable line inventory management and planning affordable assortments.
