As a Registered Dietitian and experienced Health & Fitness professional, I understand the importance of providing thoughtful and useful Wellness programs to individuals in order to help them balance the stress of work with a healthy lifestyle. This includes finding healthy ways to manage stress, anxiety, and lack of sleep by using tools such as meditation, mindfulness and proper nutrition. I pride myself on being an empathetic, goal-oriented individual with strong verbal and written communication, leadership and human resources skills. I thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy meeting challenges, problem-solving, setting goals and seeing them through.When I’m not working, I enjoy staying fit, enjoying fantastic food and wine, and playing with all manners of cuddly canines, especially my dogs Jack & Bronte!
