I have always be an eager beaver for learning. From a young age I was entering every science and art fair possible. Now I am eager to see others achieve their educational goals and career dreams. I think that is only possible when we create and foster a community of learners. I use my skills in recreation management to help create this educational community environment through meaningful activities and intentional relationship building. • Manage logistics of the Clinical Year students 4 return visit to campus (each visit is 2 days to a week-long)• Organize and handle all the required paperwork for hospital privileges for 153 student rotations in various software systems such as MyClinicalExchange, Clinician Nexus, and ACEMAPP. • Managed the technical scheduling and delivery of over 200 preceptor-led 1-hour case studies for a whole 5-week rotation during the COVID cancelation. Helped be technical support for many preceptors who struggled with video calls by practicing great interpersonal skills and problem-solving• Learning and following processes and procedures on how to manage students' professionalism behaviors, including accurate record-keeping and handling crucial conversations. • 2 years active and participating member of the Rocky Mountain University Activities Committee for employee engagement and morale events. • Created in CODA software a system for managing Affiliation Agreements. Created in CODA software a process for handling incoming student referrals/requests and site contact/communication tracking.• Worked with the Clinical Education team to handle the AAPA CME Process for the 2019-2020 year.
