This role involves the following :- Create quotes for specialty doors based on client's takeoff and requirements- Review related specifications to ensure compliance - Followup on quotes and interact with clients as necessary to secure orders- Establishing and maintaining client relationships by being the supporting role to our reps and distributors

This role was assigned to me BY Structural Systems Limited who forged a relationship with Butler Manufacturing and proceeded to represent their interest in the Caribbean. I was afforded this role and sent for training on their software and methods at Butler Manufacturing Facility in Kansas City.This was an extensive role and was in ADDITION to my role as ESTIMATOR at Structural Systems Limited , it included the following :- Generating new leads and creating quotes- Travelling to create,maintain clients/prospective and visit job sites- Creating quotes and proposal packages- Drafting CAD drawings using Butler Software - Following up on quotes to translate them to orders- Creating and maintain payment scheduling- Project Management from quote to order to project completion and Follow-up- Periodic training for software and sales

This role entailed :-- Manual takeoff of Steel Structures based on plans , proposals or on-site travel- Creating quotation based on takeoff and company recommendations/additions- Establishing and maintaining customer relationships- Travelling to :secure or review orders , meet prospective clients, inspect job-site or order status- Appointed Butler Manufacturing Representative for the Caribbean(US Based Steel Structures Manufacturing company) through Structural Systems Limited ( I have detailed this role separately)
