TalentAcquisition1. Handle recruitment requirements and process from resume screening, interviewing to offering process and ensuring hiring demand is met with cycle time and hiring quality.2. Develop and manage strong consultative relations with Managers,coordinators and candidates.3. Responsible for campus recruitment.4. In charge of monthly report for recruiting and training parts, including department goals, turnover rates and OT analysis. Try to find root causes and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.Talent Development 5.To get involved in annual training needs collection and annual training calendar design.6.To implement internal & external training programs in the company , including pre-course preparation, in-course logistics, and post-course evaluation and follow-up7.To complete training reports as per required timely;8.To deliver orientation training of HR section to New coming employee and on job training for all employees.9. Support TS16949 internal and external audit;10. Training vendor management, e.g. selecting and evaluating vendors;11. Support department managers in developing & implementing talent management solutions, e.g. performance management, management of training budget, organization development programs and other talent development initiativeStaffing12. Responsible for team building, annual party , outing, family day and so on activities to enhance teamwork spirit.13. Maintain company culture by editing and collecting internal news to design the internal quarterly brochure 14. Responsible for social community program- caring for autism children. Organize volunteering activities on monthly basis.15. In charge of visa application and extension for foreign employees.16. Support safety committee to do the EHS related work.

Work with international companies including KSO and Carrefour.Manage the projects across the whole process; Make sure the work delivered with high quality and high efficiency.Coordinate with project team and suppliers.
