As the Managing Director of The Lot Manotick Farmers Market, my role is in overseeing the day-to-day operations, strategic direction, and growth initiatives of the market. I am responsible for managing various aspects of the market, including but not limited to vendor relations, customer service, event coordination, marketing efforts, and digital presence.

As a manager I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bustling cafe. In this role I exercise strong leadership skills, hospitality, and detail recognition. Also responsible for exceptional customer service execution, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and upholding the highest level of quality and cleanliness.
