During my tenure at McDonald's, I had the opportunity to work in various locations, each with its unique sales trends. This exposure provided me with extensive experience in both high and low volume environments. As a manager, I diligently collaborated with my teams to achieve optimal outcomes for the store. I was responsible for overseeing cash control, effectively addressing routine customer complaints and inquiries, managing staff schedules, and fostering the growth and development of the crew members under my supervision.

Prior to transitioning into a managerial role, I held the position of Crew Trainer, where I played a pivotal role in identifying areas for growth within our team and facilitating their development through in-store training sessions, orientations, and workshops. I'm proud to say that I achieved considerable success in these areas, with progress being tracked on a monthly basis and discussed during our quarterly meetings.
