Senior Renewals Manager
Current- Provides support to the Growth teams, with a high attention to detail
- Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
- May coach, review, and/or delegate work to other team members
- Manages the end-to-end renewal process, including contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and timely execution of renewal agreements
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, understanding their business needs and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction
- Collaborates with the Account Management team to develop strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during the renewal process
