I am EKC Dover College’s Student Experience Officer! I plan college events, guest speakers and trips all whilst running the student centre. A key part of my role is finding new ways to give our students the best experience. I oversee the Student’s Union President, Student’s Union Officers, Class Reps and Ambassadors. Keeping in touch with students in these roles allows me to see any missed opportunities for student experience. I attend termly Student Experience reviews with our Principal and our deputy CEO. I also plan and get students together for our SMT question time. These events provide feedback on how the academic year is going and what changes we can make to make it better.
