I have worked in almost every aspect of customer service, including in-person, call centers and virtually. My previous position with RI International was a temporary role. As the sourcer for the Talent Acquisitions team I connected with quality candidates to build RI’s employee base and staffing needs. I assisted in three implementations to open new crisis management facilities. During my time at Grubhub, I worked in the corporate office. I began my career as an agent in a high volume call center. I was recognized in my second year at the company as a valuable SME, and promoted to a Senior Specialist on a new payment team. Being the subject matter expert for all things driver related, I built out the new Driver Accounting department. This department specialized in heavy research for missing and failed driver payments, as well as reissuing these payments to the respective drivers. I developed relationships with key stakeholders across multiple departments within the company to continue the growth and development of the team. I specialized in attention to detail, process improvement, resource creation and team development. I was promoted twice more in my time at Grubhub to a Care Lead and finally a Team Lead handling direct reports. I have also worked as a librarian, front desk receptionist and a host of other customer service roles. I believe in working collectively on a team that shares a vision of growth and advancement of the company we work for.
