Main Responsibilities:1. Shipment Organization • Given the shipping instruction and trace the cargo status, schedule, pre-alert, customs clearance procedure• Filling the shipment details and updated status into the KPI report• Ability to control the triangle trade shipment2. Operations Execution• Major responsible for VIP clients, such as Sumec, Giorgio Armani, Lavazza, Cimbali, Cavotec.• Follow the sea import , sea export and air import, air export shipments• Submit the quotation to client, provide the total solution specially economical logistics budget for sea, air or sea-air combination base on different trade term• Excellent planning and analyzing skills• Maintain the existing clients while develop the new business not only for the Italian Lane but for the worldwide

1.Operations Organization & Management•Train and coach new staff to help them quickly meet the standard of their responsibilities. •Maintain customer relationship and supervise the customer service team.•Ensure effective communication with other teams and departments.•As a supervisor I communicate with our agents by email and phone every day. After getting the shipment information, I get in touch with suppliers very shortly and reply to overseas clients about the shipment status in same day. Keeping in touch with suppliers and chase the shipment after departure.•Deal with unexpected events. For example: client's complaint, space overbooked 、shortage and so on.2.Operations Execution •Build up a win-win relationship with key suppliers to increase our competitive strength in the market•Satisfy customers with excellent quality service.•Monthly report and solve special issues within operation team.
