Managing the booking process for new drawdowns, rollovers, prepayments, and repayments related to bilateral deals;Collaborating with the Treasury Group to ensure accurate coordination of daily funding position sheets;Distributing comprehensive information about each loan transaction through internal systems;Working closely with clients to monitor and communicate maturity dates, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation with the accounting department;Processing Time Deposits and determining indication rates;Updating the Borrowing Base Certificate promptly and accurately;Generating and distributing periodic internal reports to the management team;Monitoring and addressing past-due principal, interest, and fees, including the creation of past-due memos

Work effectively with clients, assist Loan Officers and process files simultaneously;Review files submitted to verify that all the required documentation needed has been supplied and submit to Underwriting Dept.;Upon receipt of file from underwriter whether suspended or approved, work closely with Loan Officer to obtain and review all documentation received by applicants as requested by the Underwriter;Prepare all documentation for the submission of final credit clearance to the underwriter;Coordinate all activities related to loan processing including verifications, appraisals, title searches, debt-to-income calculation, credit reports;Annual risk rating based on income, property tax and insurance;Provide excellent customer service to mortgage applicants, both verbal and written;Provide feedback to management on loan activities based on loan level reporting.

Assist the loan officer in inputting information in Encompass and to verify accuracy of the data;Assist wholesale files and help brokers;Review files submitted to verify that all the required documentation needed has been supplied to submit to processing;Verify with external parties such as employer, banking institutions, credit bureaus and any other sources to make sure all information provided is accurate;Assist in the coordination of loan officer's media, advertising and sales literature through marketing department
