Overall oversight and management of IT assets operation, including:1) Responsible for IT assets lifecycle management, lead central IT asset team(6 FTE) to run daily operation of employee on boarding/off boarding, procurement/payment, inventory/stock management.2)Ensure asset management service quality. Keep monitoring SLA/KPI fulfillment, inventory data accuracy, procurement data correctness.3) Yearly support Bayer management team for IT consumption budget for all Bayer China Companies, monitoring and control IT consumption cost.4) Support Bayer workplace project/change/process optimization.5) Responsible for the whole company's IT assets purchasing and Vendor management,such as tracking goods shipment, arrival and invoice with suppliers.6) Organize the asset annual counting for all Bayer China Companies , ensure the ledger assets can match with the actual assets.7) Provide necessary report to management team, for example, budget vs. actual report, asset usage/inventory report. 8) Training new members and refresh internal knowledge regularly. 9) Familiar with IT tools such as ServiceNow, LDMS, IAM, MDM, etc.

HR Role:1) Execute recruitment process，resume screening and arrange interview;2) In charge of new employee orientation training,collect and maintain staff information and personnel documents;3) Manage Social Insurance and accumulation fund;4) Handle the attendance,provide monthly attendance report;5) Responsible for personnel files management & Staff roster;Administration Role：1) Organize employee activities and team building.2) Organize to attend the exhibition and arrange the exhibition.3) Responsible for purchasing office supplies.
