Over 13 years of senior leadership experience and over 20 years of relevant industry experience within the healthcare/consultant distribution space. Have successfully built and scaled 3 start ups from the ground up as it pertains to recruiting, hiring, training, messaging, solution positioning and value proposition development for consultant distribution. This groundwork creates the foundation to execute sales, marketing, and product strategies that consistently deliver substantial growth.Possesses a unique leadership approach that is centered on unified goals, coordination and collaboration across Sales, Client Success, Product, Marketing, Consultants, and employers. Prior to joining Rx Savings Solutions, Summer served as Vice President of Business Development for Broker/Consultant Distribution at Empyrean for >4 years. She has also held leadership roles with BeneTrac/Paychex as the VP of Sales where she was responsible for all organizational sales and P&L management. She led that organization to its highest levels of revenue in its 20+ years in business. Summer has two undergraduate Bachelor of Science degrees from Florida State University (FSU) where she was a full scholarship athlete graduating in less than 3 years with honors in both degrees. She also holds a Master’s degree in Sports Administration and Business Management from FSU.
