She began her real estate career in Silicon Valley as a Sales Associate working with owner/broker Michael Dreyfus on his elite sales team at Dreyfus Properties, which later became Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty. Over the course of 8 years and over 55 transactions ($190 million in sales volume), she gained valuable and extensive experience in all aspects of the business including origination, listing presentation, house preparation, marketing, negotiations, client relations and communications, escrow coordination and problem solving post-contract issues. Summer does not believe in a “one size fits all” strategy when working with clients. Her philosophy is to focus on her client’s goals first and to create a custom strategy around their goals.
