As a member of LHAG’s Employment & Industrial Relations lawyer, I regularly provide advice on all aspects of employment and industrial relations law. I also handle compliance and regulatory matters related to employment relationships, focusing on identifying and resolving people-related issues in the workplace.Additionally, I advise businesses and employers on ESG related compliance, covering issues such as sexual harassment, discrimination, diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-corruption. My experience extends to assisting in the litigation of dismissal disputes referred to the Industrial Court and pro bono initiatives in litigation concerning constitutional, administrative and public interest matters.I was recently recognized as a “Key Lawyer” in the Labour & Employment category in The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific 2024 Rankings.
