carwow is an online car-buying and selling platform, helping connect consumers to dealers in the UK, Germany and Spain.- Responsible for the visual identity and art direction of the brand. Developing and maturing carwow's brand and design system, ensuring that it is simple to implement, scalable across channels, accessible to users, and brings moments of 'wow' to our customers.- Ideating, iterating and delivering creative campaigns across digital and print to drive more users to the carwow website (more than 10 million users visit carwow every month.)- Lead on brand initiatives across global marketing touchpoints, partnering with multiple business functions within UK, German and Spanish teamsIncluding; CRM, social channels, OOH and Google remarketing ads.- Collaborating with internal teams and external resource to develop brand media campaigns and creative platforms for social channels and OOH driving incremental brand awareness.- Use data sources and user research to understand our customers and conceptualise performance marketing and organic content, from static graphics to motion design, that will engage their curiosity in the brand.
