Lead for Commander’s Action Group (CAG) & Travel Integrator for Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) Commander: I had direct oversight and management of all CAG functions from Legislative Liaison, Financial Forecasts, Trip Planning, Daily Prep Books and Meeting support as well as worked directly with AFSC/DS to ensure effective and efficient support was provided to 3-Star General (AFSC/CC), 1-Star Vice Commander (AFSC/CV) and Senior Executive Services (SES) Deputy Director (AFSC/CA) on a daily basis. I also planned, coordinated, scheduled and managed all CAG & travel related to AFSC business. Created travel orders and facilitated the gathering of any briefings and ensured any speeches were created, reviewed and approved by AFSC Commander. Reviewed and deconflicted calendars and travel schedules to ensure all required travel did not clash with events going on at other AFSC facilities which required attendance and/or attention. Created trip books for each approved trip and created/standardized layout and templates for the trip books and associated material and/or briefings. Coordinated with other AFSC Commander’s Action Group personnel to ensure smooth travels when visiting their base and that all needs and special requests were fulfilled

Ensure we execute our annual budget and provide schedule, technical, financial and supply support to organic, contract and field units as required. I aid the KC-135 community to produce the aircraft on time and on cost. I ensure the maintenance community has the material it needs to produce aircraft and analyze current and future requirements and supportability reports to validate aircraft coming in will have everything needed to be produced in a timely manner. I work with various organizations at Tinker, HQ AFMC, HQ AMC, ANGB and AFRC. I also interface with various field subunits.
