Insomnia cookies is a novelty cookie shop that is known for it's late-night hours. I worked here as an opener where I was allowed to work on my college studies during any down-time in the store. While it seems like a simple job, I performed various tasks around the store and ultimately gained some useful experience. -Sent company emails at opening time and throughout the day to ensure the proper communication of store activities-Scanned and filed invoices and cash register activity receipts to collect information on all in-store transactions -Prepared and served store product safely and efficiently to provide an overall outstanding experience for the customers-Collected customer feedback and reported it to the manager to find new ways to go above-and-beyond for the customers

I started working here for my first job toward the end of my junior year in high school. This job actually equipped me with some great primary qualities to utilize, as I was close to graduating high school and starting college. Here, I did everything from cleaning the bathroom to taking orders. Below is a complete list of tasks I completed each day:-Conducted the assembly line in order to verify the orders being correct and to expedite the food faster -Administrated all cleaning activities before clocking out to ensure that the workers on the next shift can begin their job without doing any extra work-Provided quality experience to customers by taking orders quickly and treating everyone politely-Initiated any task that needed to be done during slow periods to be prepared for the next rush
