🌟 I am passionate about finding, and helping others find, purpose in everyday life. To me, every interaction is a token of knowledge; there is always a lesson laying dormant waiting to be learned.🌟 👩🏻‍🎓 I graduated with a MS in Management, summa cum laude. I had the opportunity to learn and apply many interesting and insightful theories on leadership and management. I learned the art of managing, whether that be in the professional world or my own personal one. It is here that I found a passion for organizational development/behavior, which I am forever grateful for. 👩🏻‍🎓 My undergraduate degree is in Psychology. I learned the ins and outs of personality, which led me to develop a passion for studying behavior. To me, the mind is a powerful entity, so when minds come together and exchange ideas, possibilities become limitless. ✨ My first instinct when I meet new people is, how can I help them actualize their potential? I like to be that encouraging voice pushing you to pursue new opportunities. I believe we are capable of more than we credit ourselves with. I sincerely enjoy helping others grow into the best that they can be, which is why I want to pursue a career in organizational development/behavior.✨ I love to think. Thinking helps me understand my role and others’ roles in the current situation so that I can proceed efficiently and effectively. I practice introspection daily, and it helps me stay present in everything that I do. ✨ Negativity is contagious, which is why I am a positivity enthusiast. Rather than carrying that negativity, I am a firm believer in understanding it and then letting it go. If I can pass on my positivity, I feel like it will continue to get passed on. ✨ I am a determined harmonizer. When I can establish harmony, I feel that I can recognize, and help others recognize, authentic potential rather than having to face unnecessary conflict. ✨ I believe that everyone and everything has the same opportunities to succeed when all standards are equal, only then can worth be noticed.
