Be responsible for Internal Human Resources (60%) and Headhunting & Payroll Service for Clients (40%)I. Internal Human ResourcesTalent Acquisition & Employer Branding• Define vacant positions & their requirements by working with hiring managers• Source and approach applicants/ passive candidates through recruitment channels and personal network/ database• Conduct interviews and negotiate terms of hire with potential candidates• Take care of hiring and onboarding process• Organize career programs/ events• Utilize social media and other platforms to promote Tricor Vietnam’s brandEmployee Engagement & Relations• Organize different kinds of activities to engage staffs on monthly basis• In charge of company trips, annual parties, and other corporate gatherings• Create platforms and surveys to understand employees’ working experience and propose new ideas/ solutions based on the results• Support HR Manager in liaising between employees and management, enforcing fair and consistent policies in the workplaceTraining & Development• Conduct induction and essential trainings for newcomers and junior levels• Facilitate and work with Service Teams for technical/ soft skill trainings• Design post-training surveys to evaluate the training effectivenessII. Headhunting & Payroll Service for Clients• Handle 360* headhunting service. Experienced in recruiting/ hunting junior & senior levels in Finance/ Accounting/ Sales…• Provide full payroll service (payroll calculation, remittance, PIT compliance/ labor reports…)• Keep updated on Labor law/ regulations and labor market in general

• Provide 360* headhunting service to Clients in retail industry• Meet Clients to define recruitment demand and their specific requirements• Approach and hunt active & passive talents in the market through various channels• Screen profiles, conduct face to face interviews and negotiate terms of hire between hiring company & candidates• Coordinate with the employer on candidate’s job offer process• Attend job fairs and career events• Build network and talent pool with professionals in different industries
