As a teaching assistant, I assisted students from the Graduate School of Design on architectural ceramics projects, helped teaching students from art history department about ceramics making and techniques and demonstrated basic throwing techniques for Harvard undergraduate beginners.

As a Solution Analyst at Cerner, I was responsible for service request investigation and resolution (supporting internal and external clients), developing education/knowledge transfer materials for associates and clients, providing input for defining user needs and solution-specific testing. My team investigated, analyzed, and provided comprehensive solutions for service requests by using applicable monitoring and troubleshooting tools. We are responsible for thorough documentation related to investigation and issue resolution. My position requires the ability to prioritize and manage work queue, providing troubleshooting support and knowledge transfer for associates, maintaining awareness of current solution functionality and its relationship to solution-specific database tables. It also requires us to be accountable for communicating and working with the client to resolve key issues.
