Direct oversight of finance and accounting, patient financial services, case management, health information management, information systems, supply chain, plant operations, environmental services, and food and nutrition services.

Recruited by the Chief Financial Officer to oversee accounting and financial management functions for the organization. Directed accounting operations, rapidly turning around accounts payable and re-establishing consistent accounting practices in accordance with LifePoint Health’s standards. Achieved significant milestones in 2013 training closely with facility CFO in the ACFO development program.

Recruited by the Chief Financial Officer to direct financial management functions for the 78 acute, 95 dually certified long-term care bed healthcare organization. Led development of monthly financialstatements, executive and operational financial reports, and hospital statistics. Developed annual financial budgets and monitored compliance monthly to improve operational efficiency. Responsible for overseeing fiscal accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable, and non-patient accounts receivable.
