Mr. Summers has over forty years experience in the disk drive, semiconductor, computer, telecommunications, consumer electronics and litigation support industries with Bell Telephone Laboratories, RCA, Signetics, Motorola, Synertek, Comodore International, Time Warner-Atari, Teklicon, Inc., IP Managers (IPM), Silicon Valley Expert Witness Group (SVEWG), IPAM Corporation, STG, Inc. and Censtor Corporation. Mr. Summers has held various senior management positions in engineering, manufacturing and marketing and founded three high technology litigation support companies. In addition to Industry Operations, marketing and Engineering management experience, Mr. Summers has extensive experience in high technology intellectual property asset management, expert witness testimony for IP and technology disputes, ADR for high technology cases and legal consulting for complex technologies. Mr. Summers holds two patents and has published numerous articles and lectured on semiconductor applications and technologies, litigation and ADR in high technology disputes and IP Licensing. He is a former member of IEEE, Eta Kappa Nu, Tau Beta Pi, and the Executive Licensing Society. He received his BSEE and MSEE degrees from the University of Houston in 1969 and 1970, respectively.
