Responsible for the complete opening set up of the bar along with the complete break down when closing. Worked under the supervision of a manger but maintained personal responsibility of drawers while on shift. Customer service was expected to be maintained during high volume situations as well as off season slower times. Required to pass a menu test seasonally when changes were made. Quarterly bar cleans were mandatory to maintain bar cleanliness. Overall bar positivity and promotion encouraged daily to keep regulars happy and seasonal visitors coming back.

Set visual displays for ads, events and planners. Ordered merchandise samples as needed while maintaining good relationships with vendors. Provided vendors the information packet for Dollar Tree Vendor setup procedures, scheduling meeting time for each. Tracked merchandise with a variety of different programs to ensure each ETA date is met. Created purchase orders as well as ensuring all were sent, received and processed efficiently on time. Normal bartender and waitress responsibilities when it came to customer care. Oversaw kitchen and wait staff. Responsible for register and bank during entire shift. Ran daily reports ensuring draw count and inventory were correct as well as made nightly bank drops. Managed incoming orders along with other inventory upkeep.
