As a Bachelor of Public Health student at Georgia State University, I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge in community health, customer service, hospitality, and human resources. I am currently the president of Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, where I lead and motivate a team of over 20 members to serve the community and uphold the values of leadership, friendship, and service. I am also a registered behavior technician in-training, pursuing a certification that will enable me to work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.In my previous role as a team supervisor at Chick-fil-A-Franchise, I demonstrated practical thinking, liaising, quantitative aptitude, and critical thinking skills. I successfully conducted solutions to various issues among employees and customers, maintained efficient and accurate service, and met consistent goals. I also recruited 30% of the team members and achieved a daily minimum of 110% profit compared to the previous day. I have also gained experience as a dispatch coordinator at Southern Regional Medical Center, where I coordinated the transportation of patients and medical equipment. My goal is to leverage my diverse and extensive experience to pursue a career in public health administration, where I can contribute to improving the health and well-being of individuals and communities. I am eager to learn from and collaborate with professionals in the field, and to apply my leadership, communication, and inter-personal skills to make a positive impact.
