I am a 4th generation Colorado native raised in Centennial, CO now raising my three boys, with my wonderful wife, in Silverthorne, CO. I have managed in 6 different service/tourism industries; Sports Services & Sales, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, Community Association, and Construction/Finance. These experiences have given me the confidence that I need to effectively lead a team of individuals to accomplish a common goal, while creating, and growing, relationships with clients and vendors alike. It has also given me exposure to several different CRM and POS systems where, after quickly learning these systems, I'm able to improve efficiencies and more effectively track KPI throughout the business.I enjoy Community Association Management as it offers a great means to create community. I enjoy working with volunteer leaders of nonprofit organizations and helping them to understand their roles and responsibilities...all while growing a community where people come home to spend time with family, friends and neighbors. This, coupled with the constantly changing business of association management...in all it's facets, and the freedom that it allows to create a dynamic work/life commingling, is why I've chosen this industry to make a living.When I'm not managing associations, and being the best father/husband I can be, I volunteer my time to support my community, the environment, and children. I serve on my community's Board of Directors, was Chess Club coach at the local elementary school from '13-'18, am President of Summit County 4H, Treasurer of the Silverthorne Elementary PTA, and have recently been selected as the EpicPromise liaison to SOS Outreach. My family regularly plants trees, pulls weeds, adopts trails & bike paths, and helps the environment through 4H, Friends of the Dillon Ranger District and Summit County Clean-up Day.
