1. Worked at Syngene International Limited.Currently working on Baculo expression system in Sf9 cells, expressing different types of proteins in Sf9 cells by using bench top and Wave Bioreactor (intracellular, trans membrane and extracellular) and purifying them by affinity and gel filtration chromatography by using AKTA PRIME system.2. Worked at Lupin Limited (Biotechnology Division) in Mammalian Upstream Manufacturing Department as an Officer. Having experience of handling & operations like COP, CIP, SIP, media filling, inoculation and harvest of glass bioreactor (10L) & ss bioreactor (75L & 500L), having experience of handling and operations like bag installation, probe installation, media transfer and inoculum transfer, harvest of disposable bioreactor (1kl) by using depth filtration technique. Preparation of media, integrity test of air and media filters, glucose and lactate analysis, osmolality analysis, calibration of equipments. Reviewing and handling of BPR, SOPs, cGxP documents. 3. Worked at Lupin Biotech, Pune, as a Research trainee in the MSAT department from the year 2019. My internship project was "Data acquisition and trending. Analysis of manufacturing attributes for monitoring of process performance."4. Published “A review on green synthesis of silver nanoparticle and zinc oxide nanoparticle from different plants extract and their antibacterial activity against multi-drug resistant bacteria” in “Journal of Innovations in Pharmaceutical and Biological Sciences (JIPBS)” in the year 2018.5. Worked on “Green synthesis of Zinc Oxide nanoparticle using plant leaf extract of Passiflora sp. and its antimicrobial activity against gram-positive bacteria” as my dissertation project work from GURU NANAK INSTITUTE OF PHARMACEUTICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY under the guidance of Ms. Tamalika Chakrabarty in the year 2018.6.
