- Preparing monthly & yearly accounts.- Disburse salary, bills & other payments - Maintaining of day to day banking functions & Credit control.- Prepare complete set of documents pertaining to export/import shipping documentation based on L/C and/or other credit terms.- Monitor record and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to import/export activities.- Keeping close contact with Bangladesh Bank (Foreign Currency Investment Policy Dept.)- Prepare Travel Itinerary for Directors, Employees & Foreign Guests.- Maintain confidential file of all Permissions achieved (BOI & Bangladesh Bank).- Maintain all files and register deemed to be necessary for a company.

- Assist in Business Development.- Conduct - data collection, Market Survey, Analysis sorting, reporting & presentation. - Data Entry & Documentation.
