-Program Management• Facilitate MOH&FW-led, data-driven planning and reviews. Ensure the progress of activities through regular program reviews to monitor progress and performance to facilitate mid-course corrections.• Support the Manager to develop DIP in coordination with health projects. • Review the execution plan of DIP as per set quality standards. Guidance to partner for execution of DIP as per set quality standard• Monitor program management indicators milestones and systems for tracking progress• Develop quarterly progress reports, and MIS data and suggest Country Office to move the needle as required. • Support management of a local qualitative and quantitative impact evaluation and research agency and local implementing partner.-Capacity Building & Quality Assurance• Ensures integration of quality dimensions in all MNH service delivery approaches. Ensures quality of MNH service delivery by Government staff as per technical standards of MOH&FW• Develop the capacity of district QI committees for leadership and management of QI initiatives• Participate in developing/selecting/ using training manuals, curriculum, materials, etc.• Provide hands-on mentoring support to partner staff and service providers during supervision/mentoring visits• Ensure process documentation of project activities for future scale-up to other upazilas and districts in coordination with Technical Specialist-Coordination and Local Government Engagement-Shongzog-Liaison & partnership• Develop and maintain excellent collaborative relations with MOH&FW and DC office at the district and sub-district levels• Participate in all coordination meetings with relevant stakeholders from district to union level and represent the project• Coordinate with other team members and partner NGOs for smooth implementation of project activities

Strategic Leadership Supported and contributed to strategic technical leadership to project on the implementation of high-quality AYSRH interventions integrated with gender. Supports the development of strategies and plans for integration of comprehensive adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health to address the unmet FP needs. Provides support to gender-centered AYSRH programming aimed at building the capacity of stakeholders.Programming Design and Implementation Assisted in the design, development, and implementation of innovative, effective, country-appropriate adolescent and youth programming in the division.  Input the development of SBCC materials regarding reproductive health.▪ ensured quality of care for A&Y services through ongoing monitoring and evaluation.▪ Built up the capacity of GoB service providers to conduct training.Technical Assistance▪ Provided support to the project team to ensure that best practices for adolescent and youth services and service integration are well documented, evaluated and poised for scale up.

Responsibilities : Be responsible for the management and operation of the project activities at the Union level. organized training sessions/workshops/meetings/group discussions etc regarding AYSRH at different levels of stakeholders and worked as trainer and moderator of the program. Arranged advocacy meetings and youth fairs at the Upazila level. ensured team spirit, commitment, morale, and inter-team relationship of the field facilitator and worked as a supervisor as well as a co-worker for smooth implementations of the project. Built networking with local-level GoB, NGO, Community leaders, parents, and adolescents to ensure the expected outcome of the project. Maintained liaison with relevant GoB officials in the project areas of the district, Upazila, and Union level. Established rapport with other non-state stakeholders of both GoB like LGED, NGO other GoB institutions, community leaders, teachers etc. Reviewed work plans/daily activity reports/ performance reports and provide support for better implementation of the project activities. Monitored the quality of clinical services rendered by the paramedics and ensure adolescent-friendly services in all service delivery points.

 Servey at the slum area of Dhaka, city and find out extremely poor household. Selected beneficiaries for skill-based training and linkage with income-generating activity. Formed groups and conducted meetings and Training with the extremely poor people Transferred assets among the selected people  Formed a separate group of adolescents and provide SRHR information and if needed refer to a doctor. Formed a Community-based Organization (CBO) and arrange meetings. Visited beneficiary house for monitoring by the TAB.
