At present I am working at Social Development Foundation (SDF) as District Officer. Before got promotion I was a Cluster officer of the same organization. Before joining SDF I served BRAC which is the largest NGO of the world and I worked as a Sector Specialist in Community Empowerment programme. It’s been a continuous journey about five years. During this period, I had been involved in several sphere of development works, I implemented different tools of BCC, designed and arranged a lot of campaign collaborated with CBOs, other component and programmes. I developed work plan, schedule, checklist and local MIS for front level staff whom I supervise indirectly. I Drafted MoU and budget for various event. I have deep knowledge on every major development issues of Bangladesh like Good Governance, Right to Information, Safe Migration, Child-Safety-Net, Gender, SRHR, WASH, Health and Nutrition, Disability issues etc. I develop networking here that we can make partnership with those organizations. Documentation and visual documentation is a part of my work, and I am very sound in the sector, also I write reports, case stories and features for my programme and events. Before the present job I served as District Manager (Popular theatre) at BRAC in the same programme where my role was almost same of present. Earlier I worked as Production Executive at Channel24 for two years.
