Maintain Credit Policy Strictly. * Customer /Bad Parties Database Update & Maintain,Call/Contact Branch office to follow up their operations *Call/Contact Customers & Bad Parties for Credit Collection & Recovery.* Regular Customer,Dealer or Bad Parities Location Visit* Customer/Bad Parties ledger reconciliation & Balance Confirmation Activities. * Necessary reports Recovery Collection (Weekly, Monthly &Yearly) * Follow up meetings decision.* Physical verification of new and problematic customers.*taking corrective actions for achieving Recovery targets.* Maintaining various types of official correspondence related to Credit Collection & Recovery.*To check & ensure all relevant documents / papers are required for opening a legal Processing. *Take Necessary Legal Action as an authorized representative and handle all lawsuits of the company as plaintiff and authorized representative and perform all litigation related functions.*Conducting all case related matters and taking all further step of the case in consultation with the Lawyer* Any other task given by Management.
