cards; my line of workincluded the following responsibilities :-* Accessing applicant's prior credit histories to determine their eligibility for line ofcredit increase.* Determining applicant's prior credit histories by cross checking with credit bureaus.* Requesting for updated credit reports in case of discrepancies on an applicant's creditfile.* Cross check with applicants to verify the authenticity of applications received intheir name in case of any red flags in their credit reports.* Closing out applications which still have potential fraud concerns after all necessarysteps have been undertaken to authenticate the application.* Timely follow up with customers whose applications have been pre or manually approvedfor new accounts or higher lines of credit(for existing cardmembers) to ensure allnecessary documentation have been mailed to them.
