Worked on a team of Learning and Development Specialists to deliver best-in-class training and development programs for employees across all phases of the employee life cycle. Supported the development and design of a Day One Orientation program; facilitated new hire orientation program to support the integration of new employees into Bloomberg's unique and dynamic culture. Designed and delivered a Senior Hire onboarding program to support the assimilation of senior executives joining Bloomberg. Program design included conducting focus groups to understand the senior hire experience, and design a program that was uniquely Bloomberg. Redesigned the Exit Interview process to gather reliable data from exiting employees, and introduced an Onboarding Survey to empirically understand the employee life cycle experience from recruitment to attrition. Supported and managed a global task force to understand the need for a focused Career Development Initiative, uncovering the many opportunities that exist to help Bloomberg employees have long and fulfilling careers at Bloomberg.

Spearheaded strategic plan to develop and deploy a revised global diversity and inclusion curriculum for all American Express employees. Conducted in‐depth research and analysis through global focus groups and internal/external data to create individual learning modules on various diversity topics. Developed training curricula for high performing teams. Created training materials on diversity education for HR employees.
