Marcus Huggins is a Sumter native who truly enjoys sharing his experience and local insight. With over 35 years business experience, Marc maintains a healthy balance between traditional business and technology, and advises his clients based on real world experience. He enjoys a strong work ethic, his creativity in marketing is distinctive, and his desire to help others is genuine. Marc’s relationships with his clients are built upon character, trust, and results. Marc and wife Cheryl have been married for over 35 years. They have a son pursuing his Master of Divinity and a daughter pursuing first grade. The family enjoys exploring the outdoors, camping, and hiking along the coast or in the mountains of North and South Carolina whenever possible. Marc continues to serve on the South Carolina Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee, enjoys continuing education whenever possible, and is pursuing his Broker’s license. Marc firmly believes that being a Realtor has less to do with being a "rock star", designations or titles, and everything to do with forming meaningful working relationships and serving others.
