Working in TD-Tech(Huawei-NSN Company) 2012.10-present As a software Engineer in TD-Tech,lead the design and development of LTE-PTT on Android platform.LTE-PTT module is an important function modified from normal Phone function,and used in Police system,example ,ship-building and other special system. Main work focus on finishing terminal and network designing and coding,reference to app、framework、native and part of driver. Then,analizing the whole system to decouple the PTT module from original Android System,including Phone part、AudioManager、ConflictManager and so on.So TD-Tech can provide the whole PTT module into other Android Phone used in special region with other company in Beijing and Shanghai.Now the phone has been gone into market successfully. Be familiar with Android system,including JNI 、RIL、Binder、AIDL、Service and so on.After 3 threes years in Huawei,build strong skills with customers in technology cooperation and solving problems.

To meet the needs from CMCC of Beijng,developing an equipment with Huawei-Symantec。The production is not only a kind of access point of Wifi usually,which transfer the message up by the into signal of TD model but not by Ethernet.So we must transplant the function in the equipment ,then the access control can communicate with and monitor TDFi by CAPWAP .From April to June last year,I went to Beijing to design product,transplant code for the extrodinary networks,and guided the coders to finish about 200 interfaces,realizing the main functions of new production.Through coding ,debugging and troubleshooting,at last,we finished the impossible task and all the normal functions.In the period of more than 2 months,I made some trainings,to help the corporation make a basic WLAN team than could deal with problems about WiFi.The product is a success,and now it is used commercially in campus of QingHua successfully.Because the experience of cooperation in new product and code-transplanting,I guided coders to finish several other products with different companys .In the recent past months,as a member,I finished different software functions for TELECOM.Now as a leader of Software development team for CMCC,I must search for all kinds of resources and aids,join in the coding process,analyse the needs from CMCC,and be responsible for the whole testing .Besides,I have to maintain and develop new functions of CAPWAP model,and responsible for Network-Bridge functions.For the problems of out product used in Networks,I must find the really cause and modify the code,release patches,for example various kernel panic problems.

Working in ZTE corporation 2009.7-2011.1From 2009.7 to 2011．1,I worked in ZTE as a system testing engineer in ShangHai.I should establish the whole system which was the same as the actively Networks,including RNC、NODEB、RRU and other wireless equipments.Make the complete configuration of mobile communication system,run the whole servers with system developed by ZTE,and test integrated system funtions .Besides,I should deliver some tools for automation testing.In that period,I worked hardly,and got much praise from the manager of out project.
