1、运营分析模块：负责对电子渠道运营指标（线上线下占比、充值、用户数等）异动情况进行监控，分析及未来变动趋势预测，分析政策、产品、功能、营销对指标变动的影响情况，并将分析成果提供给渠道侧和业务侧，供制定产品、营销策略等。2、对标分析模块：负责建立行业监控对标库，选取运营商、旅游、银行、游戏、新闻等8个行业18个行业领先的APP，建立月度产品、功能、业务监控和分析制度，结合行业发展趋势和优秀经验，为广东移动APP功能建设、布局优化、产品设计提供建议。3、产品模块：负责APP我的信箱、分享唤起、意见反馈等模块的需求规划设计、UI/UE设计、开发进度控制、需求测试及上线监控、运营分析、功能优化等工作。4、项目管理：负责制定供应商工作量考核规范，日常工作流程规范，人员管理规范，项目结算等工作。
