1. Establish, update and maintain the EHS management system, including EHS policy and objectives, EHS procedures, training materials, JHA, SOP, Emergency Response Plan for site , etc. 2. Provide basic safety training and induction training for new employees, and trainings for special risks are also organized to workers, i.e. electrical risk, confined space, dangerous goods management, prevention of occupational hazards, etc.3. Draw up the implementation of 6S management and the assessment methods in the production workshop, track and monitor the implementation of 6S management.4. Regularly organize the safety inspection in workplaces, and issue the inspection reports and do follow-up on corrective actions.5. Collect and register the hazardous chemicals’ MSDS in laboratory, according to MSDS manage flammable, toxic and hazardous substances.6. Organize and prepare EHS related activities or contests in June each year to improve ability and awareness of employees.7. According to the company's requirements to complete the safety of special training each month , two times season change training datas and other training materails (PPT, video and other materials).8. To carry out risk analysis and operation license issued during maintenance work, and implement special monitoring for the important inspection and maintenance.9. Organize various EHS activities (such as environment day, fire day, safety knowledge contest, etc.) to improve the safety awareness of employees, and strengthen the company's safety culture.10. Organize some safety related drills, such as fire drill, electric shock drill, heat stroke drill, scald drill and falling drill, etc.11. Participate in accident investigation, analysis, handling and reporting (Lose time accident, recordable accident, first aid and near miss) and follow-up the corrective and preventive actions.

1. Manage and monitor the implementation of the Project EHS Plan. Ensure the EHS plan complies with the local regulatory requirements.2. Analyze the risk factors for equipment installation process and take appropriate precautions.3. Check the whole plant equipments static security guards are installed, ensure installation of stop device and safety interlock device comply with safety technical requirements.4. Strictly enforce power on/off work ticket sytem during equipment commissioning phase .5. Be responsible for performing site EHS audits and inspections, issuing reports and tracking the deferred actions.6. Assist EHS dept. manager to implement site EHS management, i.e. EHS training, safety campaigns, accident or incident investigation, etc.

1. Build and issue the EPC project EHS plan for site in compliance with Sinoma’s safety regulation and local legislations, consider the Owner’s EHS objectives and requirements and co-ordinate with the Owner.2. Participate in subcontractors’ daily safety meeting and toolbox meeting and evaluate their safety performance.3. Conduct daily and Weekly EHS inspection (such as PPE, working at height, welding, lifting and rigging work, scaffolding work and equipment inspection, etc.), as well as health, fire, and medical functions.4. Manage and monitor the implementation of the EPC project EHS plan, ensure the EHS plan complies with the current regulatory requirements.5. Responsible for site week safety meeting, week safety plan, week safety working summary, report security weekly and safety monthly report to company.6. Conduct safety training to improve employee’s H & S awareness, knowledge and skills.7. To manage sub-contractors, including safety induction training, issuance of work permit, site safety supervision, safety performance review, etc.8. Prepare and implement a controlled Permit to Work system when construction period changes to commissioning.9. To organize and coordinate the EPC project evacuation drilling, fire emergency drilling,electrical shock drilling, and other safety campaigns to promote company’s safety culture.10. Ensure that all accidents or dangerous occurrences are appropriately investigated, reported, and notified to the Project Manager for review and action.
